​​Since 2009, The Chef’s Table has been a quiet destination for refined cuisine, where tradition, technique, and thoughtful hospitality converge.

In 2019, owner Carra Crehan welcomed Executive Chef Paolo Ferretti from Senigallia, Italy. Chef Paolo was awarded an O-1 Visa, reserved for individuals of extraordinary ability, and brings with him a deeply rooted culinary perspective shaped by his coastal upbringing
in the Marche region. His cuisine is precise
yet expressive, honoring classic Italian foundations while allowing seasonality and restraint to guide each plate.

The restaurant’s intimate scale, with 52 seats indoors and 20 on the covered patio, allows for a measured, personal dining experience. The space is elegant without pretense, designed to feel both composed and welcoming. At its center sits a beloved family heirloom: a large table for six.
